We have selected the winner of the First Tom McHugh Scholarship for the Arts!
Laila Sidky, graduating senior at KCHS.
She has been accepted at Frostburg State University in the study of “early education” with a minor in art for the 2026 fall semester. We look forward with great pleasure following her academic journey.
Thank you so much for this incredible news! I am genuinely honored and deeply grateful to have been selected. This means more to me than I can fully put into words. Thank you for believing in my work and for the warmth you brought to the process.
